Export your information
In My online teams, choose Export my online data. This is a personal export, not a complete team backup or necessarily every support/provider record. Contact support@committy.co.uk if you need further information or a correction.
Remove a saved account
Removing a saved profile from this device does not delete the online account or end team membership. You can sign in again later.
Leave a team or delete your account
Leaving a team and deleting an account are separate. In My online teams, choose Delete account and confirm the request. It is tied to your verified account and reviewed manually; submission is not confirmation of completed deletion. Requests are normally answered within one month, with any justified extension or retained information explained. A chair can request deletion while handover is being arranged.
Shared records
Deleting your login does not automatically erase all shared history. Each category is reviewed for removal or justified, limited retention. Removing a name may not make a record anonymous. Unpaid fines alone do not justify refusing an erasure request.
Local backups
Account settings → Backup and restore handles device-local records. Backups can contain other people’s details, attachments and votes. Keep them private and never send them as routine support attachments. Online account deletion does not automatically erase independent copies you exported.
